Speak both ENGLISH and SPANISH.Bilingual candidate is strongly preferred.Responsibilities: Receive and prioritize incoming calls from customers and drivers- Dispatch drivers to designated locations using GPS and fleet management software- Monitor driver progress and provide updates to customers as needed- Enter data accurately into computer systems for record keeping and tracking purposes- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure efficient supply chain operations- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers and drivers Skills: Proficient in data entry and computer systems- Familiarity with GPS and GIS technology for efficient dispatching- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and team members- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus- Experience with phone systems is preferred This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.As a dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders involved.If you are a problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Note:This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be required.Job Type:Full-time Pay:Up to $250.00 per month Work Location:In person.
