Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator to champion safety and environmental initiatives across our manufacturing facility.This energetic role requires a proactive individual who can communicate fluently in both languages to ensure all team members understand and adhere to safety protocols.As a vital part of our team, you will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive EHS programs that foster a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.Your leadership will inspire continuous improvement in occupational health standards while promoting a culture of safety excellence.Duties Conduct bilingual safety training sessions on OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations, and Workers' Compensation Law to ensure full team understanding and compliance.Perform regular safety audits, root cause analysis of incidents, and hazard assessments to identify risks and implement corrective actions promptly.Lead incident investigations by gathering evidence, writing detailed reports, and recommending preventive measures to avoid recurrence.Coordinate first aid and CPR training programs for employees, ensuring readiness for emergency situations.Manage workers' compensation claims processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal requirements.Oversee environmental compliance activities including waste management, emissions monitoring, and spill response procedures.Develop engaging training & development initiatives that enhance occupational health awareness and promote best practices across the facility.Maintain accurate EHS records, prepare detailed reports for management review, and ensure documentation aligns with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations, EPA standards, and workers' compensation law.Bilingual proficiency in specify languages , with exceptional communication skills to effectively engage diverse teams.Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis, report writing, and incident investigations with attention to detail.Familiarity with occupational health practices including first aid, CPR certification, and emergency response planning.Prior experience delivering training & development programs related to EHS topics is highly desirable.Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols, environmental compliance procedures, and workers' compensation processes is essential.Certifications such as First Aid & CPR certification are required; additional credentials in environmental management or occupational health are a plus.Join us as a Bilingual EHS Coordinator to drive safety excellence while fostering an inclusive environment where every team member feels protected and valued!
