Our company is searching for an individual to fulfill an office clerk with sales experience opening, were your skills in customer service and the passion to keep the office running will be utilized. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a structured environment, pays close attention to detail, and is proficient with basic computer applications. Utilize your personality and communication skills to effectively present and demonstrate our clients products and services to prospective customers Assist new customers through the enrollment process Answer any questions or concerns accurately and professionally Collaborate regularly with team members across the Customer Service and Sales departments to review market share initiatives, troubleshoot territory hurdles, and discuss customer feedback Comply with all company procedures and policies to sustain a reliable and trustworthy relationship with clients and consumers Stay up to date on all brand representation requirements as well as in the know on new sales strategies Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Lead or support special projects, reports, or data gathering as requested Assist personnel as needed in the office with critical decision making, ensuring timely follow-ups. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish and English Detailed oriented Inside Sales a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards Bilingual Spanish Regular attendance and punctuality are an essential job duty Yearly Bonuses and commision offered!
