Minimum Requirement: Experience performing social services, family support or related duties and responsibilities in an educational or social services environment. Graduation from high school or General Education Development (GED) Certificate or California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) Certificate. Vehicle: Employee must use personal vehicle during the course of work. License Minimum Requirement: Valid California Driver’s License. Hold a Family Development Certification OR provide documentation of similar certification in social work, Human Services, Family Services, Counseling or a related field, OR complete an agency sponsored equivalent within 18 months of hire.
