Bilingual Field Service Technician (English/Mandarin)

Leadsun USA is seeking a reliable and hands-on Bilingual Field Service Technician (English/Mandarin) for a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time employment. This role combines technical service work, field installations, warehouse support, and communication with our product team in China. The ideal candidate is technically inclined, organized, and comfortable working both in the warehouse and in the field. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair solar lighting equipment and assemblies Perform field installations, maintenance, and service work Support warehouse operations and inventory organization Perform testing and quality checks on products Communicate technical information with our product team in China Maintain clean and organized service and warehouse areas Qualifications: English and Mandarin communication skills preferred Technical, electrical, mechanical, or electronics experience preferred Students or recent graduates from Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Engineering, or related programs are encouraged to apply Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license preferred Ability to lift and move equipment as needed Job Type: Part-time with opportunity for full-time employment Pay $28–$32 per hour depending on experience Location Ontario, CA Schedule Flexible schedule with occasional field work Leadsun USA specializes in solar lighting and smart infrastructure solutions throughout the United States.
