Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Front Desk Legal Assistant, located in York, PA. The role involves greeting clients, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining organized client records, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, translating communications, and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and sensitivity. The assistant will also ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a welcoming environment for clients. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing schedules, documentation, and office operations Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English and another language (Spanish preferred) Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality Basic proficiency in computer applications such as word processing and case management software Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting is preferred but not required Ability to communicate empathetically and professionally, particularly with clients navigating sensitive legal matters High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in law or administration are a plus Work experience in immigration law or proficiency in legal documentation is preferred
