Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) General Manager to lead our Wingstop restaurant operations with energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team development. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow from food preparation to customer service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Manage staff recruitment, training, coaching, and development to build a motivated and skilled team aligned with company values. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards through regular inspections and staff training. Handle cash management duties including POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, cash handling procedures, and financial reporting. Drive customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility within the community. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or culinary roles within quick service or fast food restaurants. Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively lead diverse teams and serve bilingual guests. Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and financial reconciliation. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures essential for maintaining high-quality operations. Ability to train staff on food production techniques, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Demonstrated ability to manage shift schedules, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
