We are seeking a dedicated Laotian-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our remote team based in Orange, California. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and insurance companies, providing exceptional support and ensuring accurate communication in both Laotian and English. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations via phone and email. Respond promptly to inquiries related to medical records, billing, and insurance processes. Provide clear, compassionate, and culturally sensitive communication in Laotian and English. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and update patient information in the system. Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient concerns efficiently. Skills Needed Fluency in Laotian and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection. Understanding of healthcare terminology and patient confidentiality protocols is a plus.
