Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales & Service Representative who is passionate about helping others and providing exceptional support. As the face of our agency, you'll be responsible for ensuring each customer feels understood, informed, and supported throughout their insurance journey. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements Must complete personally assessment & questions to be considered. Qualifications: Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused attitude Customer Service & Sales experience required Bilingual (Fluent English/Spanish) required What We Offer: $30,000 - $40,000 Base salary, depending on experience. Plus Commissions & Bonuses . Paid percentage of total Agency Renewals . As we grow your salary increases. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (in-office) 15 paid holidays per year Unlimited PTO Purpose-driven, supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and insurance education A chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, text, email, and in person Clearly explain insurance coverage & policy details in everyday language. Conduct Onboarding interviews of new customers, and renew interviews of existing clients to identify client needs, resolve concerns, and cross-sell products. Process policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support Maintain accurate client records and follow up on outstanding issues Support agency sales and service operations as needed
