Bilingual Janitor - Maintenance

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team.This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all occupants.The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently.HOURS :M-F- 7AM-4PM- will need to bring your own cleaning supplies and support other sites with cleaning.MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE Duties Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing.Execute industrial and commercial cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness.Assist with residential painting projects as needed.Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure.Serve as a porter by managing waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and break rooms.Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas, including walkways and entrances.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.Skills Proficiency in buffing techniques for various floor types.Experience in residential painting is a plus.Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices.Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and equipment.Strong background in commercial cleaning standards and practices.Ability to clean effectively while maintaining attention to detail.Skills in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.Experience as a porter or in custodial roles is advantageous.Join our team today and contribute to creating a clean and welcoming environment for everyone! #INT123 Pay:From $18.00 per hour Schedule:Monday to Friday Application Question(s):Do you have your own cleaning supplies?
