Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor

Pinnacle Cleaning Services, Inc is looking to fill a Janitorial supervisor Position for the evening/night shift.We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, experienced, supervisor to join our team.This is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow in your career as we offer advancement opportunities to those who demonstrate great management skills, people skills, and outstanding work ethic.Our supervisors are responsible for all janitorial staff assigned to their facilities to ensure daily tasks are completed to the required standards.The ideal candidate will have a solid work history, extensive commercial cleaning experience and an ability to adapt to the daily challenges of the job.Must be able to work independently with little supervision - must have experience with janitorial machinery & procedures. Job Summary: Train, develop and supervise janitorial staff Establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees and clients. Perform formal cleaning inspections. Enforce company and client policies and procedures. Retrain and provide corrective guidance to employees when required. Report safety and security issues. Resolve customer issues. Order supplies and maintain supplies and equipment inventory. Enforce OSHA and other health and safety regulations. Perform janitorial tasks when required. Submit nightly reports to management. Responsible for assigning, supervising, and reviewing the work of assigned janitorial staff; trains staff in work procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 3 years of Janitorial Experience Required Must be fluent in both English and Spanish 2 years experience managing crew of 5 or more (preferably) Valid Driver's License with a clean record permitting company vehicle use Must be proficient in email and able to send nightly reports Be flexible, able to adapt to daily changes Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check Must have reliable transportation to get to our office to pick up the company vehicle and to go back home.
