Freight Forwarder is looking for Air Import Operations-Entry Level MUST speak and writing in Korean Customer service for Korean Customer ?Temp to Hire ?Air Import OP :Location:Coppell, TX 75019Working Schedule :Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm We will train you.?Physical cargo inspector? AMS Operation - Obtaining flight information for each conso l/make warehouse transfer arrangements from airline to our nominated warehouse.Airline pouch document breakdown - distribute related paperwork to the department in charge Breakbulk confirmation on System - Data entry Box up consol files Routine Turn Over operation - submit arrival notice to customs broker depending on how quickly learn and when time permits Coordinate with clients and shippers to ensure continuity with shipping details Maintain an effective data management system to track all shipments and deliveries Provide excellent customer service Data Entry Qualifications and Skills Any experience in freight forwarding / Logistics is a plus.Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint ) Exceptional customer service & problem-solving skills Self-motivation, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and accept new challenges Working in the office within varying team environments is a must Good communication skills (writing in English) Good math skills AA degree/ Bachelor's degree is required Job Types:Full-time, Temporary Pay:$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Education:Associate (Required) Experience:Office :1 year (Required) Microsoft Office:1 year (Required) Customer service:1 year (Required) Language:Korean (Required) Ability to Commute:Coppell, TX 75019 (Required) Work Location:In person.
