Bilingual Lead Packer (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Job Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Packers to join our manufacturing team during the 2nd OR 3rd shifts.In this vital role, you will oversee packaging operations, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and lead a team of packers to achieve high-quality output.2nd Shift Hours:3:45pm- 12:45am 3rd Shift Hours:11:45pm- 8:15am Duties Lead and coordinate packaging activities on the 2nd OR 3rd shifts, ensuring timely and accurate completion of orders Supervise packing staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance standards Operate and troubleshoot packaging machinery to optimize performance Utilize hand tools and mechanical knowledge for equipment setup, maintenance, and minor repairs Conduct quality checks on packaged products, verifying labels, seals, and documentation for compliance Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and proper storage procedures Assist with assembly tasks when required, supporting overall manufacturing operations Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Previous warehouse or packing experience required Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Join us in a role where your leadership fuels operational excellence!
