We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Logistics Team Lead to support and oversee daily warehouse and material operations in a fast-paced construction environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, staying organized, and ensuring materials and operations run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, put-away, issuing, returns, transfers, cycle counts, and shipping Support and guide warehouse staff, helping prioritize tasks and ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on time Maintain inventory accuracy, stock accountability, and material traceability through system tracking and physical counts Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded in ERP or warehouse systems Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and field teams on deliveries, shortages, and urgent material needs Respond quickly to shifting project schedules and operational priorities Oversee handling and organization of construction materials (e.g., ductwork, fittings, steel, hardware) Help optimize warehouse layout, storage practices, and workflow efficiency Support process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Maintain warehouse organization (6S), safety compliance, and equipment readiness Provide updates to management on inventory status and operational issues Support overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, or holidays based on project demands What We’re Looking For 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (some leadership or team lead experience preferred) Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) Experience in construction or related environments is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs (with or without accommodation) Strong communication skills and a team-first, hands-on attitude Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments (including outdoor conditions) Adaptability and sound decision-making in dynamic project settings Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OSHA 30 certification Forklift certification Telehandler certification (Class 7) Experience operating forklifts and working in warehouse or construction yard environments
