We are growing our warehouse and logistics department and are looking for Warehouse Supervisor to joint our fast-growing team immediately. About the Role: The Bilingual Mandarin Warehouse Supervisor/Manager Trainee plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations while developing leadership skills to advance into a managerial position. This role ensures efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety protocols within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Through hands-on training and mentorship, the individual will gain comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics coordination, and team supervision. Ultimately, this position aims to cultivate a capable leader who can drive operational excellence and support the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety practices. Technical Skills: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Responsibilities: Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff to ensure clear understanding of tasks and safety procedures. Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy. Assist in training and mentoring warehouse associates, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to improve efficiency and productivity. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and prepare for future leadership responsibilities. Performs other related duties as assigned.
