Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team.This vital role requires fluency in English and Russian or Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse patient populations.As a Nurse Practitioner in this fast-paced environment, you will deliver exceptional patient care, perform comprehensive assessments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes.Your energetic approach and dedication will help us provide accessible, high-quality healthcare services across various settings, including urgent care, outpatient clinics, and community health programs.Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical histories, and physical examinations to determine health status.Provide primary care services such as diagnosis, treatment planning, medication administration, and follow-up care for diverse patient populations.Perform specialized procedures including suturing, IV infusion, dermal fillers, spinal taps, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and adherence to sterile techniques.Manage acute and chronic conditions across multiple specialties such as gastroenterology, geriatrics, behavioral health, infectious disease care, and hospice & palliative medicine.Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient encounters and medical records.Engage in telehealth consultations to extend care access remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance.Collaborate with physicians and specialists in hospital settings including Level I Trauma Centers or ICU environments for complex case management and critical care procedures.Part time and Full time positions available Skills Fluency in English plus Russian or Spanish is essential for effective bilingual communication with patients and staff.Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth to ensure precise medical documentation.Strong clinical skills including suturing, phlebotomy, injection administration, catheterization, and sterile processing techniques.Experience with botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, spinal taps, and gastroscopy procedures is highly desirable.Knowledge of ICD-10/ICD-9 coding systems for accurate billing and documentation; CPT coding familiarity is a plus.Critical care experience in ICU or Level II trauma centers; hospital medicine or emergency room experience preferred.Ability to perform triage assessments quickly and effectively in urgent care or emergency settings.Familiarity with occupational health protocols, hospice & palliative medicine practices, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian or Spanish; compassionate patient care approach; strong teamwork ethic.Join us to make a meaningful difference by delivering energetic healthcare solutions that empower diverse communities!
