Job Description: Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced Office Manager to lead and coordinate daily administrative functions. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office performance, supporting cross-functional teams, and driving operational consistency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with leadership and staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage overall office administration, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete projects accurately and within established timelines Act as a liaison for HR-related matters, including onboarding support and employee relations inquiries Monitor operational progress, adjust plans to address delays, and maintain alignment with business goals Partner with leadership to evaluate departmental needs and implement process improvements Develop and maintain clear procedures and documentation to support consistent operations Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism Supervise administrative support staff and provide guidance as needed Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage internal communications Travel as needed based on business demands Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with prior team oversight 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or process management Bilingual in English and Spanish required Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
