Superior Underwriters is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Property Damage (PD) Adjuster to join our growing claims team in Las Vegas, NV.The PD Adjuster is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving property damage claims efficiently and in accordance with company guidelines, Nevada regulations, and industry best practices.This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to policyholders, claimants, and business partners.Key Responsibilities Investigate property damage claims involving auto, residential, and/or commercial losses.Review police reports, repair estimates, photos, and other documentation to determine liability and damages.Conduct recorded statements and interviews with insureds, claimants, witnesses, and vendors.Inspect damages virtually and/or in person when required.Evaluate coverage, determine claim value, and negotiate settlements within authority limits.Maintain accurate and timely claim file documentation in accordance with company standards.Ensure compliance with Nevada insurance regulations and company policies.Coordinate with attorneys, body shops, contractors, and third-party vendors as needed.Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service benchmarks.Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Active Texas Adjuster License, required! 2years of property damage claims handling experience preferred.Strong knowledge of auto and/or property repair estimating systems (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, Xactimate).Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.Core Competencies Analytical Thinking Customer Service Excellence Negotiation & Settlement Expertise Attention to Detail Ethical Decision-Making Effective Written & Verbal Communication Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and licensing support Job Type:Full-time Pay:$49,930.83 - $59,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s):What are your compensation requirments?
