Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Richardson, TX. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers to identify their telecommunications needs and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in managing product displays and contribute to a positive in-store experience. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, ano interpersonal skills Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Basic understanding of telecommunications products and services Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail tools Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively Flexibility to work weekends or evenings, if required High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred) Bilingual skills (preferred but not required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
