Job Summary Numan Construction is seeking a dependable Bilingual Secretary (English/Spanish strongly preferred) to support office operations. This is a part-time contract role for someone organized, professional, and comfortable handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM Pay: Based on experience (discussed during interview) Location: 9001 Linwood St., Detroit, MI Responsibilities Manage front desk duties: greet visitors and direct them appropriately Handle phones: screen calls and relay messages accurately and promptly Maintain organized filing systems (paper + digital) Support scheduling and calendar management for team members General office support: order supplies, prepare documents, proofread correspondence Use tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for data entry and document management Run occasional errands (as needed) Light lifting up to 50 lbs as needed Qualifications Office administration/clerical/personal assistant experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Google Workspace Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Reliable transportation Dependable and able to follow directions Background check may be required How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed.
