Bilingual Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter Ready to transition into a new career path? We're hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter and do not require prior recruiting experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to candidates through phone, text, email, and job platforms Manage high-volume inbound and outbound candidate communication Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, availability, and fit Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps in the hiring process Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS Follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving efficiently Meet weekly activity and hiring goals in a structured recruiting environment What We're Looking For Experience in BOTH customer service AND manufacturing/production environments (required) Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day (high call volume) Strong communication and professionalism Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively Reliable and consistent work ethic Schedule & Work Environment Full-time, first shift In-office role supporting multiple locations (Oconomowoc, Fort Atkinson, Watertown) Fast-paced, team-oriented environment What You'll Gain Hands-on recruiting experience with structured training Development of communication, interviewing, and organizational skills Exposure to high-volume hiring and workforce operations Opportunity for growth within recruiting or HR Why Join Us This is an opportunity to step into a new career without prior recruiting experience, while leveraging the skills you've already built.
