Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner in English and Spanish Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling and logistics Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed File, transcribe, and distribute documents as required Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, scanning, and photocopying Coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members Keep the reception area clean and organized Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
