Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Supervisor to oversee our operations in Virginia Beach & Norfolk, VA in hotels we're currently servicing in these locations.As a Market Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly while achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction with filling orders and attending events.Duties Lead and manage daily operations of each hotel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.Recruit associates for hotels from( housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Banquet) Submit time sheets on a timely manner.Maintain exceptional phone etiquette when communicating with customers, vendors, and team members.adding more hotels to our portfolio by cold visits and cold callings.Ensure that all orders have been filled and our clients are satisfied.Have a reliable transportation to drive from one hotel to another Requirements Proven experience in Hotel Industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience in recruitment practices is preferred.Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays Great Customer Service and Customer Relation experience.Ability to lead a team while fostering a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and growth.If you are passionate about driving success in a hospitality environment and possess the necessary skills to excel as a Market Supervisor, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
