We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Teacher Assistant (Part-time, M-F, 7:30am - 12:30pm) to join our team! The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach young children in both English and Spanish, with a special focus on introducing and reinforcing Spanish language skills.If you are enthusiastic about early childhood education and want to help shape young minds in a multicultural learning environment.Main Responsibilities:Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans in Spanish.Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes children's language development, social-emotional growth, and academic learning.Use creative methods such as songs, games, and stories to teach and reinforce Spanish language skills.Collaborate with Head Teacher and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum and support the school's overall mission.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that aligns with licensing standards and health and safety protocols.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, Child Development OR CDA Valid teaching credentials for early childhood education.Bilingual in Spanish and English with the ability to teach Spanish to preschool-aged children.Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool children in a classroom setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.A passion for fostering bilingualism and multicultural education in early learners.Apply now and let's create magical moments together!
