Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every customer. Demonstrate solid technical knowledge of wireless products and services. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable wireless solutions tailored to their specific needs. Maintain a clean and organized sales environment. Stay updated on the latest wireless technology and promotions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. Basic technical knowledge of wireless devices and services. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
