Job Title:Bilingual Vietnamese-English Assistant (Education Startup Launch - Las Vegas Based) Location:Las Vegas, NV (Summerlin / Spring Valley area) - Hybrid (In-person some remote) Compensation:$20-$30/hour (based on experience) performance bonusesOpportunity for rapid growth into full-time leadership role About the Opportunity:We are launching an innovative AI-powered English learning platform called English Chatter, focused on helping young learners in Vietnam build confidence in speaking English through AI live coaching.We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual Vietnamese-English assistant based in Las Vegas to work directly with the founder on launching and scaling operations in Vietnam.This is not a typical assistant role -- this is a startup launch role with real responsibility, international exposure, and growth potential.What You'll Do:1.Vietnam Market Launch Support Translate and localize content (English Vietnamese) Help adapt lessons, scripts, and marketing materials for Vietnamese families Assist with communication with schools, partners, and parents in Vietnam 2.Recruiting & Outreach Help recruit Vietnamese staff, assistants, and teachers Post jobs in Vietnamese communities and platforms Conduct initial candidate screening (in Vietnamese and English) 3.Content & Media Support Assist in filming short videos (ads, demos, tutor training content) Help create social media and marketing content (Vietnam-focused) Act as on-camera support when needed (optional but preferred) 4.Administrative & Operations Support Help organize daily priorities, communications, and follow-ups Coordinate schedules with overseas partners (Vietnam Philippines) Assist with event planning (online demos, parent sessions) Who You Are:Fluent in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written) Based in Las Vegas and able to work in person several days per week Highly organized, proactive, and reliable Strong communication skills and professional presence Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment Tech-savvy (Google Docs, messaging apps, basic tools) Bonus (Strongly Preferred):Experience in education, tutoring, or working with children Experience with Vietnamese community networks (local or online) Social media or content creation skills (TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Comfortable being on camera Experience recruiting or interviewing candidates Why This Role is Unique:Work directly with a founder building an international education company Be part of launching a product across Vietnam Gain experience in AI education global operations Fast-track into leadership or country manager roles as we grow Schedule:Flexible (20-40 hours/week depending on availability) How to Apply:Please apply on Indeed and include:A short introduction (in English or Vietnamese) Your experience working in bilingual environments Why you're interested in this opportunity (Optional) A short video introduction Pay:$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours:20.0 - 40.0 per week Work Location:In person.
