Bilingual Warehouse Worker (English/Spanish) Location:Carlisle, PA Pay:$16.00 per hour Schedule:Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Includes 1/2 hour lunch) Job Type:Full-time About the Role We are a reputable wholesale distribution center in Carlisle looking to expand our team! We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Bilingual Warehouse Worker to support our daily logistics.In this role, you will be a key player in our material handling and order preparation, ensuring our operations run smoothly and accurately.Bilingual Requirement Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership in both languages to ensure safety and operational clarity.Your Responsibilities Order Preparation:Accurately pick, pack, and stage items for outbound shipment.Material Handling:Safe and efficient use of warehouse tools, including box cutters and tape guns.Inventory Control:Perform basic math for inventory counts and ensure documentation is precise.Safety & Organization:Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly follow all workplace safety guidelines.Skills & Requirements Bilingual Proficiency:Professional-level verbal communication in English and Spanish.Detail Oriented:High level of precision in packing and order processing to minimize errors.Time Management:Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines during peak seasons.Team Player:A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally across different departments.Working Conditions This is a warehouse-based position.Standard hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.Work-Life Balance:Occasional extended hours may be required during peak seasons, but we primarily stick to a consistent weekday schedule.Apply Today! #IND789 Pay:$16.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
