Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity Stable, growing company with hands‑on exposure to operations and accounting High‑ownership role with visibility across logistics, billing, and finance Ideal for someone who enjoys detail‑driven work and clear processes On‑site team environment with consistent Monday–Friday hours Key Responsibilities Customer Billing Prepare and issue customer invoices based on shipment activity Ensure invoices accurately reflect product shipped, quantities, weights, pricing, and terms Confirm billing aligns with operational documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), truck layouts, and shipping confirmations Ensure shipments are billed timely and completely Documentation & Recordkeeping Match operational documentation to invoices to confirm accuracy Maintain organized billing packets including invoices, BOLs, and supporting documentation Ensure records are complete, organized, and easily retrievable Accounts Receivable & Cash Application Monitor customer accounts and maintain AR aging Follow up on overdue invoices and communicate with customers regarding payment status Record and apply customer payments accurately Assist with identifying and resolving payment discrepancies Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with operations and logistics to ensure documentation is complete Partner with accounting to support month‑end close and reporting Escalate discrepancies impacting billing or collections What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Experience matching documentation to financial transactions Comfortable working in ERP systems and Excel Organized, dependable, and strong follow‑up skills Preferred (Not Required) Experience in distribution, logistics, food, or inventory‑based businesses Familiarity with Bills of Lading and shipping documentation Experience managing AR aging and collections If you’re looking for a hands‑on billing and AR role with a growing company in Riviera Beach , this is a great opportunity to build stability and deepen your accounting experience. #INMAY2026 #ZRCFS
