is Zinn Insurance - San Antonio, TX (On-Site)Full-Time Salary Performance Bonus Zinn Insurance is seeking a Billing & Payroll Specialist who values structure, accuracy, and consistency.This role is responsible for payroll processing, client billing, payroll deduction reporting, and carrier reconciliation.If you prefer defined processes, clear deadlines, and work that requires precision, this position offers stability and ownership.Core Responsibilities Payroll Process payrolls accurately and on time for clients Send payroll deductions spreadsheets to clients Maintain payroll tax compliance Support year-end reporting Billing & Reconciliation Prepare and send accurate client invoices Reconcile carrier premium statements Resolve discrepancies in a timely and documented manner Complete monthly reconciliations for clients Payroll Deduction Reporting Prepare and audit payroll deduction spreadsheets Ensure benefit elections align with payroll deductions Deliver accurate deduction reports to clients on schedule Compliance & Documentation Maintain audit-ready financial records Support ACA documentation Document and maintain SOPs Qualifications 2years of payroll or billing experience Strong Excel skills Experience reconciling financial data Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable working independently within structured processes What Success Looks Like Payroll processed 100% on time Billing is accurate to the penny Clean reconciliation reports No missed deadlines Clear, organized documentation If you take pride in steady, accurate work and enjoy bringing order to financial processes, we encourage you to apply.Pay:$23.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
