Billing Specialist

Company Description : John W. Stone Oil Distributor, LLC is the local leader in dockside, mid-streaming, and offshore fueling along the Mississippi River, from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Houston, Texas, and into the Gulf of Mexico. Position: Billing Specialist Reports To: Operations Manager, Texas and Offshore Fleet Worksite: Houston Texas Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. Essential Job Duties: Process all tickets and get approvals for invoicing Ascend – order entry, delivery, invoice auditing, print/send, credit rebills Create invoices according to company practices; submits invoices Answer phones General clerical duties Knowledge of basic accounting principals Inventory support Other duties that may be requested by Director, Supervisor or Executive Management as needed This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the employer All offers of employment are conditioned on passing a drug-screen and a fit-for-duty physical examination.
