Safeguard casino assets.Provide exceptional customer service at all times.Keeps an accurate inventory of all bingo cards issued.Enters customers order in the POS system, applies money received, and makes accurate change.Follows cash-handling requirements.Must be knowledgeable of all Bingo games and promotions.Adhere to all Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Policies and Procedures as well as the Sokaogon Gaming Commission (SGC) Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS)/Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).Attend all Bingo Department meetings.Must always keep work area clean and orderly.Perform all other duties as assigned.Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have two forms of ID, one of which must be a photo ID.Must be able to pass a thorough background investigation and be approved for a valid gaming license.Successfully complete a 60-day probationary period.Take and pass Title 31 compliance review within 30 days of hire.Physically able to perform all aspects of the position.Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.Must be able to speak in front of large audiences.Must have the ability to explain all bingo games and schedules to customers.Must be able to interact well with the public and with co-workers.Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test per Sokaogon Gaming Enterprise Corporation (SGEC) Drug and Alcohol Policy.Native American preference granted according to P.L.93-638 Responsible for providing exceptional customer service.Responsible for keeping accurate inventories of bingo cards issued.Responsible for taking accurate orders for bingo cards from customers.Enters customers order in the POS system, applies money received, and makes accurate change..
