Lead and coordinate biomedical and field service technicians at the Bloomington district office Ensure medical equipment is inspected, repaired, and maintained efficiently and cost‑effectively Provide daily direction, training, and performance accountability for the technical team Ensure accurate equipment documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely service records Manage parts, supplies, and inventory; support customer billing accuracy Partner with internal teams and customers to support service growth and resolve issues Oversee equipment incidents, recalls, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives What You Will Need for This Role? Associate’s degree in Applied Science (electronics or biomedical technology preferred) or equivalent military training; Bachelor’s preferred At least 1 year of technical experience Experience with medical equipment maintenance, repair, and testing Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑service skills Proficiency with test equipment and Microsoft Office tools Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/push up to 75 lbs Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call support
