Job Description This role supports the North American Credit and Insurance ICS fundraising efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will partner closely with ICS professionals, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to help drive marketing initiatives, enhance operational effectiveness, and execute complex projects across the platform. Key responsibilities include Lead the planning and execution of North American BXCI marketing roadshows, investor events, and strategic meetings Partner with ICS professionals to develop meeting agendas, messaging priorities, and briefing materials Prepare, review, and manage agendas and briefing materials Own and maintain the North American marketing calendar, internal reporting, and meeting workflows Supervise and coordinate the weekly Materials Log Manage investor and prospect data in Salesforce and BXAccess, including list creation, maintenance, reporting, and client suitability checks Assist with the Annual Investor Conference Partner with ICS coverage professionals to identify target markets, analyze investor coverage needs, and support prospecting and new business initiatives Liaise with the Blackstone Technology team and Salesforce Support team to enhance tools, reporting, and operational processes Support and independently manage ad-hoc strategic projects, including analysis, reporting, and presentation development, often using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the ICS team Coordinate all non-US LP meeting requests in NY Coordinate with the individual/retail marketing efforts as appropriate Qualifications Blackstone seeks individuals who are highly motivated, intellectually curious, and demonstrate sound judgment and ownership. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High attention to detail and experience thinking strategically to connect work to broader objectives Demonstrated ownership of projects and independently drive them from concept through execution Comfort partnering with senior management Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel (including data analysis and reporting) Interest in process improvement, technology, and building scalable solutions Desire to continuously learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and business initiatives Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM systems strongly preferred Prior experience in asset management, financial services, or a related professional services environment preferred The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Expected annual base salary range: $70,000 - $130,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
