We are seeking a dedicated Blacktop Laborer to join our construction team.This role involves assisting with asphalt paving projects.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years minimum of experience with a focus on asphalt paving.This position offers an opportunity to work on asphalt projects such as residential & commercial.Duties Assist with asphalt paving, grading, and site preparation Operate hand equipment such as rakes, shovels, tampers, compactors and rollers Skills 3 years minimum experience with raking and shoveling.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lifting heavy materials Prior paving experience is required.This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.Candidates with relevant asphalt experience are highly encouraged to apply for this position.Job Type:Contract Pay:$45.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
