Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Support Resource to provide L2/L3 production support for a custom-developed Material Management System (MMS) application in a live production environment. The role involves incident resolution, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and supporting business users to ensure high availability and operational stability. Key Responsibilities Provide production support for Blue Yonder WMS/Planning applications, including incidents, defects, and service requests Troubleshoot inventory, material planning, replenishment, and interface-related issues Perform root cause analysis and coordinate fixes with development and infrastructure teams Monitor batch jobs, planning cycles, interfaces, and system alerts Support business users during critical planning and operational periods Provide shift and weekend support as required Required Skills Hands-on experience supporting Blue Yonder WMS / Planning modules Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and replenishment processes Experience with MOCA debugging and SQL queries Exposure to ERP integrations such as SAP or Oracle Experience in interface monitoring, batch job support, and issue resolution Strong analytical and techno-functional troubleshooting skills
