Piper Companies is seeking a BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to support delivery and implementation of a Building Management System at a large life sciences facilities campus. The BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative will act as the primary PM/owner’s rep, coordinating design/build partners, construction teams, BMS vendors, and internal technical stakeholders. The BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative is a long term contract opportunity and requires you to work onsite in Lehigh Valley, PA. Responsibilities of the BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative: Act as owner’s representative for BMS delivery from design through commissioning. Coordinate design/build firms, construction teams, and the BMS supplier. Partner with internal technical SMEs to ensure requirements and standards are met. Manage schedules, risks, and issue resolution across all parties. Provide clear status updates to global facilities delivery stakeholders. Requirements of the BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative: 7+ years of project management or owner’s rep experience supporting BMS or building automation. Strong experience coordinating multi-vendor design/build and construction teams. Background in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities. Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills. Compensation for the BMS Project Manager / Owner’s Representative: $130,000 - $165,000 Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
