Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

At Blooming Behavior Therapy we are looking for Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA) with active BACB Certification.As a BCaBA in our team you will be working closely with our BCBA providing the best supervision and assistance to our RBTs and clients.The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is an undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis.Professionals certified at the BCaBA level provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).RESPONSIBILITIES Provide direct care to clients Supervise RBTs Assist with assessments Collaborate with BCBAs on management of client programs Conduct treatment planning for assigned client programs QUALIFICATIONS Active BACB License Good interpersonal skills Effective oral and written communication skills Creativity as it relates to the use of behavioral technologies Experience effectively providing training to parents Experience effectively providing Supervision to RBT's Pay:$65.00 - $75.00 Schedule:Ability to make your own schedule.License/Certification:Certification from the BACB (Required) Work Location:At the office and in the community.Language:English Spanish (not required but nice to have) Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Salary:From $65.00-$75.00 per hour Schedule:Choose your own hours License/Certification:BCaBA Certification (Required) Work Location:In person Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$65.00 - $75.00 per hour Ability to Commute:Fort Myers, FL 33907 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Fort Myers, FL 33907:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
