Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD. Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations. Provide direct therapy services, using skill-building and behavior reduction techniques. Collaborate with families and professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and junior BCBAs. Stay current on ABA best practices and ASD treatment.
