Compensation and Bonus Structure $94,500 - $110,000 base salary with $3,000* signing bonus, plus a bonus structure for those interested in additional clinical hours. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD. Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations. Provide direct therapy services, using skill-building and behavior reduction techniques. Collaborate with families and professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment. Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and junior BCBAs. Stay current on ABA best practices and ASD treatment.
