Salary Range: up to $90,000 This role is responsible to develop and administer applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and intervention for students. Responsibilities include program development, supervision of ABA services, supervision of staff development and facilitation of training for staff and caregivers, marketing and philanthropic activities to promote and develop the program in Merakey and the community at large. Actively participates on a multi-disciplinary team. Conducts supervisory functions of training, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating performance of all assigned staff; such as but not limited to registered behavior technicians, behavior technicians Develops and oversees all behavioral treatment programs to meet the varied needs of clients Identifies individual needs for treatment using skill acquisition, assessments and functional behavior assessments.
