Activate Behavioral Solutions is one of Frisco’s newest ABA therapy centers, founded by a husband-and-wife team with a shared commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care for children with autism and their families. We are building a BCBA-led, heart-centered ABA practice where clinical excellence, family support, staff development, and a clean, welcoming environment all matter. Since opening, we’ve received an incredibly positive response from the community, and we’re looking for a BCBA who wants to help us continue building something special. Role Overview The BCBA will lead the development and oversight of individualized ABA programs for children ages 1–8, provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff, support families through parent training, and help maintain a positive, ethical, and high-quality clinical environment. We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, compassionate, organized, and excited to help shape the culture of a growing center-based ABA program. Key Responsibilities Design, monitor, and update individualized ABA treatment programs Conduct assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments Develop behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs Provide supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs, BTs, and other clinical team members Support staff development through training, modeling, and ongoing mentorship Provide parent training and family support services Review clinical documentation and ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity Collaborate with caregivers, staff, and other providers as appropriate Help maintain a positive, professional, clean, and compassionate center environment Contribute to the growth and clinical quality of a newer ABA center Requirements Current BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a related field Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Texas Experience working with young children with autism; early intervention experience with ages 1–8 preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to provide effective staff supervision and parent training Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA services A warm, collaborative, and family-centered approach to care What We Offer Competitive salary of $80,000–$95,000 per year , based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Continuing education reimbursement Conference attendance support Supportive leadership in a BCBA-led clinical environment Opportunity to help shape a growing center from the early stages A clean, welcoming, and professionally run clinic environment A team culture centered on compassion, quality, and meaningful progress About Activate Behavioral Solutions Activate Behavioral Solutions provides center-based ABA therapy for children with autism in Frisco, Texas.
