BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) – Lincoln, NE Focused Behavior Solutions, LLC is expanding our clinical team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to clients and technicians in and around Lincoln, NE. This position offers flexible scheduling between 9:00am–7:00pm CST, with full-time opportunities available. Hybrid options are available for candidates interested in a mix of remote and in-clinic support. Occasional travel to our Lincoln clinic may be requested and is company paid. Supervision is provided! Learn more about our clinics: Focused Behavior Solutions Nebraska Focused Behavior Solutions Nebraska Facebook Focused Behavior Solutions Instagram Responsibilities and Duties Provide clinical oversight and case management, including supervision of RBTs and BCaBA candidates. Conduct behavioral and skills assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland, FA interviews, etc.). Develop individualized skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans. Review data, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide caregiver and staff training through in-person and/or telehealth services. Work with clients across a variety of age groups, including adolescents and teens. Attend team meetings and collaborate with both remote and clinic-based staff. Complete reports, session notes, and documentation according to BACB and company standards. Maintain high professional and ethical standards for conduct, confidentiality, and clinical decision-making. Support transition and discharge planning as needed. Perform other clinical duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Active BCBA certification in good standing. Licensed as required by applicable state(s). Meets BACB supervision requirements and standards (if supervising RBTs). Experience with or openness to telehealth services and hybrid service delivery. Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both remote and clinic-based teams.
