Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 Relocation Bonus Consultants for Children, Inc. (CFCI) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will work directly with children with autism and related developmental disabilities across home, community, and school settings, while also mentoring staff and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. Position Overview The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, and ensuring high-quality clinical services. This role also supports the development of clinical staff through training, supervision, and ongoing feedback. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress while supporting a collaborative and positive treatment team. Key Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and clinical staff Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Lead team meetings and coordinate care among clinical team members Train and support parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategies Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness Qualifications Active BCBA certification Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities Excellent written and ve
