You’ll work directly with children with autism and other developmental disorders in our clinic — alongside a talented team of Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists — making a real difference in their lives and the lives of their families. Your day-to-day will include: Delivering direct ABA therapy and developing individualized treatment plans (goals, objectives, and interventions) Conducting functional behavioral assessments and analyses (FBA, FAST, MAS, QABF, and more) Administering diagnostic assessments (ADOS-2) and language/verbal behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) — you’ll be a key part of their professional growth Providing parent, teacher, and staff training on ABA principles and behavior modification Collaborating closely with our in-house OT and SLP teams, as well as medical professionals and outside providers Monitoring client progress and adjusting programming to drive meaningful outcomes Supporting clinic operations and ensuring compliance with insurance and certification requirements What You Bring Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) credential from the BACB (required); BCABA applicants considered Master’s degree (required) Availability for a minimum of 1 day per week in the clinic A genuine passion for helping kids thrive — and a team-first attitude to match Full-Time Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off Mileage reimbursement Professional development assistance Ready to Make an Impact?
