As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to provide intensive therapy services that support the whole person. As a BCBA at Just Kids Autism Center, you’ll design and implement individualized behavior plans that empower children to grow, thrive, and reach meaningful milestones. You’ll document progress with precision, collaborate closely with families and support teams, and provide hands-on teaching and supervision across a variety of settings—from practicum and classroom instruction to in-service training for fellow professionals. Your role will also include mentoring ABA implementers and other direct support staff, ensuring they’re equipped with the tools and confidence to deliver compassionate, effective care.
