Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time (Salary) About The Role We are seeking independent, certified BCBAs to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area. This is an in-person role supporting a rapidly expanding organization with plans to scale across multiple states. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a caseload of approximately 8-10 clients Deliver and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services Ensure 25 billable hours per week Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirements Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Requirements Active BCBA certification Must be independent and fully certified (no supervision candidates at this time) Ability to work on-site (no remote option) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Benefits All Standard Benefits are Included
