Job Description
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Pay- Earn up to $90,000 with bonuses About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our state-of-the-art ABA therapy center in Southeast Nashville. You will work closely with the Clinical Director to provide high-quality clinical supervision, ensure robust programming for clients, and support the professional development of staff. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce maladaptive behaviors Provide supervision and mentorship to clinical staff and technicians Promote a therapeutic environment and consider client input in treatment planning Lead by example with integrity, humility, and a servant leadership mindset Conduct assessments, functional analyses, and develop behavior intervention plans Participate in modeling activities, including ABA techniques, behavior management, and data collection Ensure staff and family training programs are robust and effective, tracking associated KPIs Stay current with ABA research and best practices and incorporate them into services Interface with key operational functions, including HR and compliance, for new center openings and ongoing operations Supervise a caseload of up to 10 clients Collaborate with other professionals and participate in monthly trainings Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB Completed or planning to complete the 8-hour supervision training per BACB requirements Experience working with clients of various ages and functionality levels Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Experience with CentralReach preferred Self-directed, able to manage multiple projects independently Passion for elevating ABA therapy and helping children on the autism spectrum Benefits Competitive salary with quarterly bonuses 23 days of Paid Time Off, including 9 holidays Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) plan $750 professional development stipend Apple MacBook and iPad provided Personalized clinical and administrative support State-of-the-art technology and software for maximizing client outcomes Opportunities for professional collaboration and growth Solely in-clinic services
