Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for behavioral therapy and a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavioral intervention plans, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered care, comprehensive assessments, and collaborative teamwork within a supportive environment. Duties Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design and supervise evidence-based behavioral treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes. Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions across settings. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct intake assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive care. Ensure all patient care activities adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and best practices in behavioral health. Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques, data collection methods, and behavioral therapy strategies. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining a patient-centered approach. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients’ families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality is essential.
