Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead behavioral therapy initiatives, develop individualized treatment plans, and support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through data-driven interventions, comprehensive assessments, and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans. Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards. Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development related to behavioral health, special education, medical terminology, and diagnostic evaluation methods. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform clinical decisions. Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct intake interviews, and develop individualized treatment plans. Familiarity with medical documentation standards, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, healthcare professionals, and team members.
