Job Summary At Future Focused Therapies, we are passionate about providing exceptional, evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals and families. We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Position Overview As a BCBA at Future Focused Therapies, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, providing direct supervision and training to behavior technicians, and collaborating with families to ensure successful outcomes. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients while working with a supportive team of professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to determine the causes of behavioral challenges. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other clinical staff. Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting interventions as needed. Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure generalization and maintenance of skills across settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and assessments. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and ethical guidelines. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Strong understanding of ABA principles and best practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Passion for working with individuals to help them reach their fullest potential.
