Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Mechanicsburg, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision to registered behavior technicians. The BCBA will also work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure individualized care and measurable progress. Data collection, progress monitoring, and regular reporting are key aspects of this position. Qualifications Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, behavior assessment, and intervention planning Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring Ability to train and supervise registered behavior technicians and support staff Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience with autism and developmental disabilities, with a passion for fostering inclusivity Proficiency in remote communication and hybrid work environments Commitment to professional development and staying updated with best practices in the field
